New venue for rock ‘n’ roll bands & dancing is always welcome in Melbourne. The Barn live in Bayswater has started staging a monthly rock ‘n’ roll bands & dancing with no entry fee on Sunday afternoon since about last year but it is still relatively unknown to a lot of rock ‘n’ rollers in Melbourne. This venue has a good sound system and the dance floor, whilst it’s not huge, is more than adequate to cater for a reasonable number of dancers. Parking is plentiful, and the venue has a bar and hot finger food is available to order from the kitchen.

Last Sunday, Itchy Fingers played to a full house and the venue was buzzling and the dance floor busy all afternoon. Do give the venue a try if you haven’t been there before.
