2024 NYE's Celebration

NYE's was celebrated at several venues in Melbourne with live bands and dancing to see in the new year. Generally, 2024 was a very good year for 1950's style music and dancing not only with the variety of gigs and venues in Melbourne and country Victoria but also inter-state with large music festivals such as Cooly Rocks On, Greazefest and Chromefest all very well attended. and getting rave reports from attendees.

I went to Stamford Hotel in Rowville for the Kingpin Events NYE's celebration. It was different from the other venues in that it also featured hundreds of classic cars and hotrods display together with two popular Melbourne based bands - "Kid" James and Kieron McDonald Combo. It was a family day event at Stamford Hotel as the classic cars display is popular as a free entry event and as a family outing.

Hopefully, 2025 year continues to rock on in Melbourne and inter-states and that our 1950's style music and dance scene becomes even more popular & vibrant. Let us continue to support our live music scene & dancing in 2025 year!
