A big Thank You to all that helped make this a great day, thats every one that came along as well. People came and went all day, leaving us with a continual crowd of around 500. I thought we would have made more, but $8,000 net for the bushfire appeal is not to be sneezed at. I will certainly look at where improvements can be made should we do something like this again. At the end of the day, the bands sounded terrific, the dancing tops, the demos high quality, the cars spectaculer and the attendies very happy.
It was a great day Lou and $8,000 is a great amount to have raised so give yourself a big pat on the back, and also one to all who helped, donated and played as well. Great to see all those bands and DJ's giving up their time to entertain us and raise money for a good cause. Gives you a warm fuzzy feel. Great crowd and great venue as well. Hopefully you'll decide to do it again sometime.
