Once again, our rock 'n' roll community came together on Good Friday to dance but, more importantly, contribute towards the Royal Children Hospital Appeal. Always a worthwhile endeavour for rock 'n' rollers as an annual event in our dancing calendar.

Rock'n'Suzie hosted her charity dance at Pakenham as usual complete with several bands playing and with classic cars & hotrods display. Also, some stalls selling 1950's style merchandise. Adrian hosted his charity dance at the Whitehorse Club with the Fender Benders playing on the night. I am not sure how much money was collected at both venues but certainly, from videos I have seen, the attendance at both venues were very good.

Well done to Adrian and Rock'n'Suzie in hosting the charity dances again this year. Also, to all the bands that donated their time playing at those venues. And of course, to all rock 'n' rollers turning up on the day to dance and contribute towards charity.....
