    Riverside Trio

Been a while so I thought I'd post who i'm off to see tonight. After the neo boom, these guys were the first band I came across that really stripped it back to a pure fifties sound.....

    Then......

    And now....

Hey Rockin' Bones - I 've put up the videos for you by editing your post. There's a change in the way you play videos as part of your post. For instructions - go to "Forum" then select " Site Info, Rules and How Do I " and finally the instructions in the post titled " How to play videos in your post".

Ah, well, reading instructions, explains a lot..... some gender stereotypes have a basis in truth methinks

    Thanks Jitterbug, much appreciated

Roknray - glad you liked them. It was a great night. 24 years since I last saw them and despite technical problems and sore throats, they still wipe the floor with most of the bands on the circuit!

To help with your search I've checked over my collection- Three studio albums:
Flat Broke (Songs for the New Depression) - Northwood records NWLP 1004 1985
Gotta Keep Movin' - Raucous Records RAUCLP 015 1995
    My Baby's Gone - Be Be's Records Be Be CD 006 1998
I'm pretty sure the first two are also available on CD and the CD is available on 10" vinyl but with fewer tracks
They've got a couple of tracks on the Riverside rockabilly 10" series on Raucous records and some previously unissued stuff on the Northwood Story CDs.

OK - to test my newly updated posting skills, the trio in their, and my, youth!

Chris Cummings, the Trio's guitarist also plays for a few other bands and runs Riverside Studios. Plays an awesome steel guitar too!
