RECHORDS - DEBUT ALBUM LAUNCH of "ON THE WAGON" THIS SAT

Hey folks.....well for those of you that haven't heard (or just a little reminder to those that have)....The ReChords Launch their Debut Album in Melbourne this Sat Night - 4th Sep @ Estonian House, 43 Melville Road, West Brunswick.

The action kicks off at 8:30pm with doors open from 8pm and it's a huge night packed full of entertainment. We have a Full Bar facility on site (NO BYO PLEASE), we'll have DJ Duke Tedesco spinning tunes throughout the evening and alongside him will be none other than everyones' favourite MC, Mr Tommy MAC (aka, Tommy McEwan...aka Louis King). He'll be keeping things running smoother than a baby Seal.

There'll be a little somthing for everyone this night with local legendary Bluegrass six piece, 'REDFISH BLUEGRASS' who'll get your feet tappin'. They have actually reformed for our launch for this one night so we feel very honoured. Then following them will be a combo for the wild Rock'n'Roller inside of all of us, 'THE EXOTICS' with husband & wife team Tony & Sue Shaw (Sue plays drums) and featuring the six stringing guitar work of Mr Benny Peters (of Benny & the Fly By Niters fame).

Now straight after The Exotics and just before we come on there'll be a little surprise performance from a young trio from Northern NSW who'll be known as 'Jane Doe & The Quarter Mile Kings' (with members from the River City Rumblers - they performed on the TV show 'Australia's Got Talent'). We thought it would be a nice warm up leading into our hour long set for THE RECHORDS where we'll be performing all the songs of the current album and more. We'll also have a couple of guest performers who will be sitting in on a few songs with us.

It will all finish up just after midnight where you can stick around for a bit to wind down and gather yourselves to head on out, but not before you get the chance to pick yourself up a copy of "ON THE WAGON" at a special price that night of just $20.00....they'll be retailing for $25.00 in stores.

We hope to see you there!!!! Make sure you hoot & a holler as we are filming the event for a DVD release later down the track.

Congratulations guys, fantastic night, well run , the night was a treat for everyones tastes.The young kids, River Ramblers are worth keeping an eye on. Its great to see such young talent, 14 and 16 wow! Its a shame they are sooo far away.
Great venue choice. Bluegrass guys awsome vioce,i didnt expect such a strong vioce from such a small framed guy. It blew me away. Great job , looking forard to March ,we have 57 bookings already. Cheers Mick & Norni

Thanks Mick.....always appreciate the nice comments. Glad you guys could make it along, just a shame more Vic Rock followers didn't make the effort. Oh well, they missed out on a great night. Yep, that venue was fantastic, I loved it. Plenty of room and a huge dance floor to boot!
