Just noticed your request Bobbysox, and as no one has posted a response, here's my understanding of the steps:
Leader and Follower do same steps except for 11 and 12(below).
Promenade hold (Leader behind and to right of Follower)
Wait till singer begins:
1.Step forward with left foot, bring right foot beside left, shift weight to left (1-2-3)
2.Step right foot back, bring left foot beside right, shift weight to right (1-2-3)
3.Step left foot right (across body), bring right foot beside left, shift weight to left (1-2-3)
4.Step right foot left (across body), bring left foot beside right, shift weight to right (1-2-3)
5.Repeat 3
6.Repeat 4
7.Repeat 1
8.Repeat 2
9.Step forward with left foot, bring right foot forward but step slightly past left foot while pivoting on left foot and turning to left shoulder, bring left foot back in line with right. Should now be facing opposite direction to where you started with weight on left foot and feet side-by-side. (1-2-3)
10.Step back with right foot, bring left foot beside right, shift weight to right (1-2-3)
When doing the pivot and turn, leader and follower stay on the same side of the line of dance as when they started. The lead on the right, follower on left. So the leader is now to the left of the follower. The next movement returns leader and follower to the original position with the leader to the right of the follower again.
11.Leader step left foot right across body, bring right foot beside left, shift weight to left (1-2-3)
12.Follower step left foot to the left, bring right foot beside right, shift weight to left (1-2-3).
13.Step right foot back, bring left foot beside right, shift weigh to right.
Start again from 1.
To add style bend the knees to dip a little on 1, and rise up on 2 throughout the dance.
Dance like nobody's watching. Love like you've never been hurt
Bobbysox, the change of direction that occurs in step 9 (step forward, do a turn to the left shoulder and step back) effectively changes the relative position of follower and leader.
Before the change of direction the leader is on the right of the follower. After the change of direction the leader is on the left-hand side of the follower.
To get back to the original positions the follower steps to the left and the leader to the right. It's just a side step for both, but in opposite directions.
The leader can easily steer the follower to move back, to the side etc by gently indicating with the hands.
Hope this further helps explain Bobbysox.

Nice work Steve! You have laid out the steps pretty clearly.
This is the sort of material that I really enjoy seeing on Vic Rock.
If you are really motivated, and as a diversion from Ombudsing, you might like to write-up your explantion in Word and post it in the Downloads section. For bonus points check the approach already used and use the same format.
