What hope has Rock and Roll got Sillyfool, or for that matter, live music. It is common knowledge that one of the very few instruments that a synth still can\'t reproduce. Even with a massive and varied amount of computerised humanizing, the world of Techs, and Nurds, still CANNOT faithfully reproduce the sound of a guitar. I am sorry sillyfool, but on a serious note, this is actually true.
But I digress, hey Boom Boom, are you trying to tell me that all you drummers just keep on bangin\' the same skin? or ain\'t ya got any dosh? after buying that magnificent Gretch kit?
Oh, and I agree James. Never, Ever seen a Guitar Machine that sounds like a guitar. Anybody who thinks that they have, should find another hobby, or perhaps stick to dancing.
Hey Jimmy, I reckon your fingers dance pretty good on the old fretboard. Don\'t need a dance floor for that eh?
I\'d like to see Boom Boom and Shaun dancing for a change instead of all that bangin\'.
Also, has anyone ever really had a look at some of the charts that Boom Boom claims to be able to read? The only ones I have seen him reading are of the coloured, glossy type.
Sillyfool, I reckon anyone who is silly enough to have musos\', or drummers as friends, or relatives, is ok by me.
I can\'t speak for Kerry though. I am sure she must just have good taste, because she certainly isn\'t silly.
Phew, I think I got away with that one??? :P
Wots wrong wif bangin?? Lyndon you obviously don\'t as you put it bang, nor do you dance er... So which way off centre are you left or right ? way i see it your a wanna but won\'t can but can\'t type.. hahahHAHAHAHhahahHAHAHHhahaaaaa i say ha ha
What do you call a guitarist without a girl friend. Homeless!
What is the difference between a guitarist and a pizza?
A pizza can feed a family of four!
Hey! Hotsax & SuperSlueth, what’s with the banjo jokes? The only rock & roll band I can think of that uses a banjo is the Straight 8’s when they play a bracket of Sun songs, and guess who plays the banjo…….all round nice guy and their DRUMMER, Ray Tully. A pleasure to watch how they improvise and have fun with these songs. They just ooooze talent, it’s sheer brilliance listening to these guys, especially when they perform Charlie Feathers’ ‘Rain’. My earliest memories are sitting on my Dad’s knee whilst he entertained me with he’s banjo. I could listen to the banjo pickin’ of the king Earl Shruggs all night. Lay off the banjo jokes. Smacka Fitzgibbon would turn in he’s grave. Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!……...bloody Ha!!!
