FIGJAM, in her "Kurri Kurri" review, made reference to a fantastic young kid who danced the "6 step" rock & roll - seemingly, the same dance style that the Kiwis employed to win all the Wintersun dance competitions. So much so she wants to learn it ........ hey, better hurry girl as we have been waiting for yonks trying to score a dance with you. LOL
Is the "6 step" rock & roll same as Fourmost's tap step, tap step, replace step? Or maybe the Boogie Woogie steps?
Any information would be good. I wouldn't mind learning it myself.
There was some discussion on here a while back about 8 step and something similar from (of all places) Sydney. I recall others thought it very very similar to jive. There are so many variations I dont think it matters too much as long as punters are enjoying the music and having fun.
