Rosie is such a shy and retiring type(!) she may not want to have all the attention that goes with doing the birthday dance thing.

But if Mel gets up for his dance with the ladies, maybe I can encourage Rosie to do the same. (Any help to get her onto the floor will be welcomed by me.......!)
