This year on the Labor Day long weekend will see merimbula's 6th annual Rock 'n' Rodders Dance Festival light up the sunny seaside town on the South Coast of NSW.

Merimbula is located only 3 and a bit hours past Lakes Entrance, or Bairnsdale and is an ideal long weekend destination at any time for people from Victoria and the ACT since it is also the Canberra Day holiday weekend.

This year the Festival will feature The Hoops from Bega, Shadoogie, now Merimbula based, The Fender Benders from Melbourne, The Flaming Stars from Sydney and various artists that generally drop by and join in.

The festival supported by members from almost every Rock 'n Roll Club in Victoria, NSW and the ACT and is also starting to attract a collection of great hotrods and customs that come along to participate in the dancing, to enjoy the cuisine of the Merimbula Food Festival, or just cruise around and enjoy the Sapphire Coast's spectacular scenery.

There aren't many Weekend tickets left, but Saturday night's main dance will have 3 bands and a Dj/Solo in 2 rooms going all night so come along and enjoy what has become truly a "FUN" rockin' place to be each year.
