    One Big Dance Fraternity?!

Verlaine - great idea! I'm all for it. My first contribution - thumbs up to the small group of rockers at the Collingwood Town Hall on Saturday night for the Australian Jitterbug Championship. I remembered a past comment on this site about "swing yuppies" but I do believe a little bit of socialising and cross fertilisation (??) with other dance groups can only but help promote dancing in general in Melbourne. There's really not too many of us (especially R&R dancers) around compared to other forms of social activities, and I feel we need to support (and learn?) from one another to further promote dancing that we all love so much........... Re:\"Thumbs Up\" or \"Thumbs Down\"

I think the \"shoutbox\" is a waste of time. All it has done is kill all the comments in the forum. Nobody seems the be commenting on anything anymore. All they keep doing is asking if the shoutbox is working.
