    Lone Sharks Rock the Gully

This Sunday 13th December sees another first-time band to rock Flanagan’s Irish Bar at the Middle Hotel FTG. The Lone Sharks join the long list of rockabilly bands that have helped make this venue … the premier of weekly rockabilly in Melbourne.
The Lone Sharks have picked up a few gigs since the successful ‘New Kids on the Block’ night at the Monash. Love the way they rockabilly songs like Springsteen’s “I’m on Fire”. These guys have a great song repertoire and eager to entertain you.
The Ferntree Gully Hotel. 1130 Burwood HWY Ferntree Gully. Melways map 74 C4. www.ferntreegullyhotel.com.au … then click on the Flanagan’s page. Music at 3, Band at 4pm
    Phone 9758 6544. This is a FREE–ENTRY venue … Thankyou FTG Hotel.
‘Rockin’ the Gully’ … THE southeast centre for rock & roll on Sunday afternoons.
Next Week … Dec. 20th … Last Gully for 2009 with the amazing Atomic Hi-Tones.

Just a reminder folks ... Gully rock & roll punters have the choice of dancing on either a hardwood floor OR polished concrete. See you at church tomoz.

Hey Jazza - you forgot to mention that part of the dance floor with ceramic tiles. Great for fast dancing but not when your shoes are wet.

Some would say that's the beauty of the Gully "church" - like religion, you can pick and choose whatever your heart takes fancy ........

Looking forward to see the Lone Sharks in action tis arvo!
