BobKats In Melbourne

Sorry Gang for the late post as IÂ’ve been off line for two weeks.


WOW!!!!!! What a start for the BobKats Melbourne leg of the Tour, kicking off the first gig on Friday Night at Northside Rock, it was good to see RockÂ’nÂ’Roll/Rockabilly come together at one venue. The Speedsters and The BobKats kept the place a RockinÂ’ All night long.
Then Saturday night off to the Alley Catz Hop in Sunshine for another Great night with the BobKats and the RockinÂ’ DaddyÂ’s kept the action pumping and the punters dancing.
Sunday night the Micawber Tavern an Awesome Venue with a Terrific Atmosphere and great décor, once again the Kats put in another great performance also with Kelly D and J Girl from the Atomic BettyÂ’s kept the Dance floor full. It was fantastic to see the support from the punters and also the Muso and members of Vicrock who took the time to see what all the fuss was about.
The guys are having a short break and doing some sight seeing of our great town of Melbourne.
We’ll be hitting back on Friday 16 March for another BIG night at the Central Club Hotel “Rockabilly Dream Night” with the BobKats Qld, Voodoo Keepers NZ, Tornado Alley Cats WA and The Straight 8’s (More Info to follow)
Saturday 17 March @ the Boronia RSL.
Sunday 18 March Sunbury Community Festival with BobKats, Voodoo Kreepers and Shadoogie.

I tuned in as well cat,
Dave and Janelle are really nice people. For me it's been a pleasure to hang with these guys. Their amazing energy is to be admired.
Heard from Jay (Tornado Allycats) today and they are well and truly itchin for Friday night at The Central Club. Bobkats will be well rested by then. Voodoo Kreepers arrive tomorrow and our very own 8's have had a 2wk break so look out there will be some power packed fun happening this FRIDAY NIGHT 16th Swan St Richmond :P :laugh: :P :laugh:
