    Clayton Bowls Opening Night

Four bands - Itchy Fingers, Rockin Daddies, IC Rock & Blackhill Ramblers - played to a capacity crowd at the opening of Clayton Bowls.

Clayton Bowls is a neat venue with a good dance floor and reasonable acoustics. Drinks are quite affordable. There was plenty of water to cool down the dancers who filled the floor for each of the band sets.

While the place lacks that seedy pub ambiance I really prefer (but then I was spoiled by eight years of the Gully) we will definitely go back again.

Great review Rob. Good to see what the place looks like. I hope you're taking over from Paparazzi Paul to keep everyone informed .
