Sunday night dancing in Heidelberg

I have been discussing the idea of a Sunday night social dance with Adrian, maybe 7-10pm with byo food and drinks, Dj music and $5 entry with lessons from 5-7pm. Have found 2 great venues in Heidelberg or Doncaster East. Need to know what sort of support there is for Sunday night dancing before going ahead. What do you all think? The eastern suburbs lack Sunday night dancing options but we need to know if there is support before going ahead. Feedback would be great. Thanks.

Great idea. If I don't like the bands or DJ's that are playing at FT Bowls, Dandy Workers, Dandy RSL or Micawber Tavern this could be an option. Alternatively, I can have my usual early night to get ready for work on Monday after my Thusday, Friday, Saturday nights and Sunday arvo of dancing.

Thanks Realitycheck. It's always great to have a choice and dancers in the southeastern suburbs are lucky to have all those rock n roll venues. I'm not sure why the dancers on the other side of the city and suburbs don't have any options to choose from for Sunday nights. Maybe there is not enough interest which is why I've posted the question.
