Recording Studio?

Hi there,
Anyone know of an affordable recording studio that would be good for recording a demo? Don't need anything fancy, just somewhere that can do a "live" recording.

Jam Tin, walk in play walk out with cd oh and they serve Orange whips does a bang up job really cheap too
